The Hotel Belvedere is located in Sequals, birthplace of the world heavyweight boxing champion Primo Carnera, among the hilly rises that reach the stony banks of the Meduna torrent to the charming landscape of the magredi; the crossroads between the mountain valleys and the plains, between the knife-making town of Maniago and Spilimbergo, home to the mosaic artists.

The hotel has: 22 rooms, all en-suite, with air conditioning, telephone and satellite television, a breakfast room, a bar, a restaurant, a playground, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a parking area and a pleasant garden in which all the trees have a family name ,therefore, sometimes, the garden seems magical.

In fact, the saying goes, that one day a butterfly met a stag beetle and, while gracefully alighting on a branch, asked “ Do you happen to know a place where I can meet fairies, gnomes, elves and goblins?” The wise stag beetle didn't reply. Slightly mortified the butterfly didn't say anything but, after a bit, she insisted “ Well, where can I talk to the trees ? “ to which the stag beetle looked back at her and replied “ You may just do it”.
